I have the book, got it as a Christmas gift. It's pretty cool how it breaks down the restaurant and what to stay away from.
I'm afraid to see how many I've eaten... Chipotle Burrito, Quiznos' Classic Italian (but not a large one), Chili's Blossom, Aussie Cheese Fries - 4 I guess isn't too bad.
