I don't think we are rebuilding. If we were rebuilding wouldn't the owner go out and get a coach to pick his staff and then look at the players and cut dead weight? Snyder went out and picked up the best coach he could find that would keep the status quo in regards to the coaching staff and players and would essentially only change the passing offense we lacked. andif the passing offense is the issue with Snyder then why wouldn't he go out and seek out a trade for a top rated talented WR to spark this offense? and lets not forget some players will likely be cut prior to training camp as well as during training camp so we can always look for younger players that Bugel can coach up or the DL coach can utilize.

Most rookies will take a yr or two to get the scheme down and tricks of the trade for the NFL. If you guys ever thought we had a owner that was rebuilding and hoping that we would make it to the play offs or SB in the next 4-5 yrs your mistaken. Our owner is always thinking we are in it to win it, a player here a player there and we could win it all.
