I am sad to read that in the USA, you also have some troubles with hooligans in the stadiums. Right here in Europe, we have very serious troubles with groups of hooligans (violence, racism...). The main difference though is that the hooligans here are random fans, not organized groups. It's not nearly as bad here as it is in Europe and in the context of this story hooligans isn't exactly the best word to describe the fans being profiled in this story. Maybe drunk idiots would be a more accurate description, but far from the groups of hooligans over in Europe.
