Agreed, if Tim and Pat would just talk football and have some GMs and coaches on that would be a way better show. Plus the fidelity on most of the calls is so horrible that even if someone did have something decent to contribute you probably couldn't hear it anyway.

I wonder if the call-in format is used primarily to relive the hosts of prep work, since they can just allow the calls to dictate what they talk about rather than actually having a detailed plan for the show.
