Whats your favorite 'NEW' Portis character
I've got to go with Bud Foxx, with a win/loss record like that I feel bad for the guy. And with a finishing move of Cracking Fingers.....hes got my vote.
The real CP character I'm really gonna like the most is going to be at the end of the season, after he plays lights out and shuts all the doubters up 'back to denver form...lol' Vote for your favorite Portis character

Re: Whats your favorite 'NEW' Portis character
You know, as I was watching Total Access, I kept getting the feeling that Portis wishes they would stop bringing up the costumes. He did that 3 seasons ago, and from what I heard from Portis during the 06 season and everything he acted like it was a one time deal.
Everytime I see Portis on Total Access they always bring up the costumes lol. I don't think he's that enthusiastic about the whole thing. But for the record, my favorite was the one he did where he pretended to be the dentist, with the huge sunglasses and the buck teeth.

I agree with you mooby. The whole costume thing is getting a little tired. But with the 4 they had on that pg I went with Dr. Do Itch Big as well.

Oh... my... God. I was falling out of my chair laughing at Bud Foxx. What weight class do you fight in? 115. But how heavy are you. 220, it don't matter!
LOL!

Yea that one was pretty funny. I would have to say it's a coin toss between the Doc and the fighter.

He's dressed up since 2005 though hasn't he? I thought he dressed up once or twice last year. |

I'm biased, gotta go with the Prime Minister from somewhere between Jamaica and the USA.

He has dressed up every year including last year. Apparently he enjoys these different roles or I don't think he would continue. And we are looking at the new 2008 characters, so I would have to guess he gets a kick out of the whole thing or he wouldn't do it. If hes having fun, keep it up and run your ass off on gameday!

I voted for Dr. Do Itch Big, although Electra may be driving a hydrogen-fueled car here soon...

We had dallas in dallas a costly INT at the end of the game on a winning drive in the red zone to win, did us in. The philly game I was at FedEx for that one another forth quarter meltdown, had a nice lead and blew it. Should have won the both those games and been 4-0 against both those teams last year, those are the games we have to see JC take the next step this season (scoring TD's in the red zone). As CP is quoting below he likes to have fun and I hope he continues to have fun, that usually means GREAT results. Which I believe hes going to have this year. And I don't think the NFL or anyone else had or will have any change in CP plans to continue on with his costume fun. Clinton Portis was back in costume Thursday, colorfully dressed as a dance instructor named "Choo-Choo." The Washington Redskins running back wore an orange shirt with sequined and ruffled red, orange and yellow sleeves. Around his neck was a long orange scarf decorated with a huge safety pin. On his head was a black wig with a huge bun on top. He look into cameras through oversized blue-tinted glasses with lavender frames - with a $9.99 price tag still attached. It's amazing what a slump-ending 196-yard game will do. "It's a message for the Washington Redskins to go out there and have fun," said Portis, his voice raised an octave or two. "When you have fun, you win."
