This is the second major success for Uribe in the last six months - the first being the strike into Ecuador. 5 billion is cheap when you consider the alternative which is to allow Chavez to play the neighborhood bully. I think Senor Chavez' rocket has reaches its apex just short of the necessary esape velocity. The Venezuelans are far too intelligent to resign themselves of 30 years listening to his BS.
