Trust me, he just wants to sit in the Z SHADES and chill, he has been here all offseason working out, and now all of a sudden he's hurt, please... he will be back in practice by the end of the week

That is correct, the morning showers probally made him feel a lot better. As long as we don't see these kind of moves during the season, no big deal

I'd have no problem with holding him out of most if not all of the preseason.

he is definitely out for the hall of fame game. and i think they would probably use the star treatment in pre season. with little or no playing time

Yes I agree wholeheartedly. Our passing offense is all new. It stands to reason that part of the offense is more likely to struggle than the rushing component.

And Portis IS the rushing component. Wrap him in bubble wrap and put him on the shelf.
