I am a HUGE fan of sushi, but I'm kind of a snob about it (or at least as picky as an American can be about it). In Gainesville, FL where I lived for 8 years, there is this amazing, Japanese owned sushi restaurant called Dragonfly ( index ). Their main concept is called Izakaya, which is all about a variety of small, delicious portions. Their sushi is amazingly fresh, and their head chef, who happens to be one of the owner's brothers, is just off the chain. I enjoy the Tampa Bay roll, the rainbow roll, and their signature Dragonfly Roll. Really the whole menu is just unreal. So that was my first sushi experience, and everything else I eat is kinda held to that standard.

Looks top notch. Pretty slick website too.
