Cornelius Griffin
Aparently Griffin is to have a big game on sunday.
From the Washington Post: Gregg Williams, assistant head coach -- defense, said he believes Cornelius Griffin is becoming one of the best defensive linemen in the NFL and has already surpassed the 50-tackle plateau. "He's as active of an interior lineman as I've ever coached," Williams said. "Not to tip our hand, but you'll want to see some of the things we'll do with him this week." . . .

Wow, sounds great! Griffin blitzing from the CB position! I call it now! If anyone can do it, Williams can!

He certainly has proved to be a great addition to that defense!

I remember king of the skins haters Len Pasquerelli saying in an article "don't be tricked into thinking cornelius griffin is anything special," or something to that effect. What a chump. Now if only the naysayers weren't more than right about the offense, I could do some gloating.

speaking of what you can do in madden, I bet he finds a way to clone Grifin and plays him at ALL four dline positions...heh
But seriously, how do you run trick plays with a DT?

He was awesome today. Even on plays where he didn't get the tackle he was very disruptive. A nice pickup by the FO.
