Re: Santana Moss' Season to Date
Good point, but do you expect the same type of production out of Moss next week against Arizona? They have a pretty decent secondary.

Re: Santana Moss' Season to Date
Yeah I am not ready to crown him yet, looks great so far but lets get into week 5 or 6 and then we can make a call.

Re: Santana Moss' Season to Date
I believe he has a good look about him again. Maybe he's finally healthy or maybe he's finally connecting with J.C. Either way I like it. By the way did anyone notice the terrible no call when Aaron Glenn threw him to the ground. I hate zebras

Re: Santana Moss' Season to Date
One thing that is working for him is that underneath crossing route. He has made good gains the last two weeks with that one. Could be this years "bubble screen"...

Re: Santana Moss' Season to Date
Good to see him producing again. I was pretty critical of him after last year and I didn't feel like he played a very good first game either. (Not that he was alone.) It seemed he had a few drops in the Giants game, but I don't recall him dropping anything yesterday, great game from him that's starting to get him out of the dog house with me.

I hope he keeps up the offensive production and fulfills his role of our "go to" guy, and show all of us who doubted him.

I too hope that he keeps this production up. I would love to see a repeat of his 2005 season. I am still not impressed with his numbers thus far though. If nothing else, the production they had Sunday should have boosted the confidence of Moss, Campbell, and the rest of the offense. I hope that it was a turning point for the Redskins offensively thanks to a "tune up" provided by the NO bench. Only time will tell though. |
