The way I see it is this would have been news no matter who it was. An idiot calls 911 to complain about traffic, swears at the operator, and then has the balls to call back and complain about being warned that calling 911 for a non-emergency is against the law. Wow. You can't make up this shit, and on top of all that it's McRage's brother? Priceless.
