yeah, the only extension i use is the view page in IE context option... been using firefox since 0.7 or so, love tabbed browsing. ad-blocking comes with the base install though.. just right click to block an ad server or whatever... you can also make your refferer ID that of whatever site you're looking at currently... that's really useful too.
