lets play GM

That Guy:

Let me point out to you that Kitna has alo had only one good season. IN that respect he and Brees are pretty much the same and Brees is significantly younger.

Personally, I would not try to sigh either one, but that's just me...

Juggernaunt:

Assume I am an NFL GM in search of a LT. You offer me Samuels who brings with him an $11M salary next year and one year to go until he is a free agent. That is not very attractive to me. Then you ask me to give you 2 first round draft picks in exchange? At this point I am laughing so hard, I forget to hang up the phone...

If Gardner brings a single high 3rd round pick in a trade offer, you should jump at it and take it and give thanks to the Almighty for your good fortune...

Betts is a back-up RB; nothing he has shown on the field yet says he can be a feature back. Why give you 2 third round picks for this kind of guy. Wioth two 3rd round picks, I can probably draft a back-up RB and still have another pick left over...
