There is no way DS is going to spend his own jack for a new stadium especially considering the fact that the city built/paid for a stadium for the Nationals. With the economy the way it is I doubt DC council/resdents will be willing to pony up the $ for a new stadium. Besides, why would DS want to move? I doubt he cares whether they play in DC, MD, or VA.

As for a roof on FedEx. I recall reading a bunch of articles saying how DS has looked at various ways to get a roof on FedEx but the costs are so outrageous it just not economically viable.
