NASCAR settled and she most definitely did not get 225 million. That said, we're talking about NASCAR here, racial tolerance isn't it's forte. I'm guessing NASCAR settled because 1) they want to avoid bad publicity though one has to wonder how much of an issue it would be for their customer base, 2) they actually did an investigation found out that she was right.
