Re: What should we draft?

How about Brandon Lang this guy is a beast, and he's rightfully so compared to D Ware..we could sure use a real speed beast on the edge Brandon Lang/DE/#91/3Jr: Lang is a tremendous pass rusher and reminds many of former Troy State star DeMarcus Ware. He's a quick edge rusher who displays enough speed to pursue the action from the backside. Lang has a great future; the junior will be a top 75 draft pick in 2010. found on sports illustrated cnn.com

Do you mean 09 or do you want us to take him in 2010?

Florida State's Kicker.

barely missed all year....

i know we didnt have luck with Brooks this year who was supposed to be the best punter in the NCAA last year, but this kids got leg stregnth and can make clutch kicks... Suisham is HORRIBLE.

How bout it, are you watching the game? His name is Matt Cano. His first three punts were downed at the 3,1, and 1. And he kicks field goals( Nations top kicker). Goodbye Suisham and Plackeimeier. That extra roster spot could let Kelly get on the field.

Re: What should we draft?

I like the looks of this guy, but VC probably wouldn't risk taking another kicker in the draft. Dang Durant Brooks!

Re: What should we draft?

We need to work on our O-Line, although I have been watching this WR from UNC (NICKS) and this kid is an excellent route runner, he is quick, and has great hands.

Re: What should we draft?

Im sure well see a Lineman when were scopin the talent batch.. and could very well take em seeing our situation.

But i would really like if we nabbed someone in Free Agency cheap for Offensive tackle.
We usually overabuse Free Agency...but why not spend a little on an old O-Line in need of some depth?
Lineman are tricky comming out the draft...u really dont kno what your gonna get. We should target some more defense...I feel like the defense is our heart in Washington.

A Top Player for our front seven would be nice...

Re: What should we draft?

I'll tell you what, I'm watching the Cal-Miami game right now... This Alex Mack kid is something special for Cal. If only we had a 2nd round pick. I doubt he'll be around in the 3rd and he's probably a reach for middle of the 1st.

Re: What should we draft?

And in keeping with today's bowl games, it's a shame we blew our wad on pass catchers last year, because Hakeem Nicks from UNC is a straight freak.

Re: What should we draft?

And in my 3rd consecutive post on today's bowl games, we can solve our kicking and punting issues with one guy- Graham Gano from FSU. Did anyone catch that game today?? OMG. The guy is totally amazing. He pinned Wisconsin inside the THREE yard line THREE times! Not to mention his range as a kicker is awesome. Eat your heart our Durant Brooks.

I know, I know, no one in the NFL kicks AND punts. Just saying... He's awesome. And as a Gator, it's hard for me to give such praise to a Seminole.

Re: What should we draft?

I was watching Mack the whole game. If we get lucky maybe we can get him in the 3rd round.
