System doesn't play to our personnel. The best coaches can adapt to their players strengths, or at least in the pros make sure they have the players in place that best suit that system. If Snyder is indeed committed to Zorn, that is fine, but he needs to get a guy to help Zorn get the personnel to fit the system, which unfortunately will take some time. I hear you.. Zorn just knows the system and the QB, not a lot of the other personnel, we'll see.
