No kidding. At the risk of sounding like a major asshole and taking this thread in a totally different direction, I'm pretty glad to see a lot of things happening in the economy right now.

Seeing someone who made less than I did, with worse credit than me, acquire the financing to buy a much bigger house than I had always pissed me off. A big part of me is glad to see it turning around, because now there's some justice in the financial system again.
