I second your opinion on Marinelli. He's a good man, and a good leader. His persona acutally kind of reminds me of Gibbs - never passes on blame, very level headed. I think the Bears already made him an offer to be a defensive assistant.

Well, Seattle, Houston, and Oakland are also possibilities for Marinelli. Whoever gets him is getting a very good coach.
