Switching defensive scheme to 3-4 defense is not the magical answer nor will it improve our team in any drastic way. The real problem is getting enough good players on this team on both sides of the ball, especially on the lines. We have not done a good job in drafting & acquiring players and how that relates to our salary cap. We are $3M over the cap and we an old team that is .500
