Of course he will. He never had a history of missing OTA's before last year. He was embroiled in a public spat with Parcells and the Dolphins organization and was involved with Dancing With the Stars.

Seriously, Taylor's commitment should be the least of our concerns. He's here for a year, he's got his money, he's out to prove his worth and ability. He has never been a money guy (like Haynesworth may be) or a 'me' guy just interested in himself. He's a pride guy and I think last year will motivate him even more to prove it was a fluke and he's not done.
