If you liked that movie, take some time and read this article from by in 2005. I made the mistake of reading most of it at work on Friday and I almost got really choked up a couple of times.
Final salute : News : The Rocky Mountain News I'm guessing that this might have inspired the movie, since it apparently won all shorts of journalism awards.
