In addition, I'd like to remind the community that while Jason La Canfora, David Elfin, Peter King, et al are all strong writers who can share varying degrees of inside info...
They are not accountants, and they do not have a finance background. Consider the source when you read their cap info. Then come here to CC's numbers when you want accuracy.
