Haynesworth indicted on two traffic charges.

This is nuts. From my point of viiew AH did every thing right. He never came in contact with the other car, stayed at the scene and was NOT cited by the officers at the time of the accident. Now here it is almost 4 months later and he is being charged with 2 misdemeanor driving offenses. I wasn't there but this whole situation seems fishy to me.

I'll bet the charges get dropped. In fact, i'm so sure i'll bet a sig on it.....any takers?
