Alexander Shapes Up for Newest Position
washingtonpost.com
If there's one player I love, it's this guy. I expect a season where he will contribute and surprise many in his new role.

Alexander has the heart of a beast..... No matter what the situation, He's there to play. He is one of the most valuable Skins on the roster.

I'm glad we have him. 25 years old and he can be counted on, anytime, for anything. Great effort and a team player. Could have a breakout year this season.

Lorenzo is the man. He'll be sporting a new look this year, 25lbs lighter and playing some DE. He's got a motor, I could see him with a few sacks before the season is over.
On a side note, this thread wins for longest title ever.

Yeah, I know. I screwed up and don't have access to edit title, I'll have to cut back on the brews

This guy is the equivalent to cordell Stewart /pat white on offense to himself on defense ...he's a belichiek type of guy, one who can play more than one position whose very versatile like a Vrabel troy brown type...he is one person that I know will make the 53 man roster

You have to love having players like him who just bust their tails and do what it takes to get better.

I love how he is following Cooley's workout. Cooley strikes me as a natural athlete who doesn't have the predisposition to workout. I always imagined Cooley's workout went something like this.
1) Wakeup..bang hot wife 2) Watch TV and play Madden for two hours. 3) Bang hot wife again. 4) Eat 6000 calorie lunch and drink 4 Jager Bombs. 5) More Madden..maybe some pool 6) Eat 5000 calorie dinner. 7) Take shower 8) Bang wife 9) Take another shower and gte drssed for clubbing 10) Drink everyone under the table 11) Pass out in the Hummer while Tanner drives him home. 12) rinse repeat I guess not. |

Orakpo at RDE and Alexander at LDE. Sounds like it could be a good combo.

From a report I heard, Orapko will be playing a lot at LB and pass rushing about half of those downs, then also playing DE and rushing every time he's lined up there. Quote:

Re: Alexander Shapes Up for Newest Position
I guess we now see why Evans was expendable. Alexander is a jack of all trades type of guy but glad to see he's going to get the chance to fill Evans role.
