One of th reasons why they charge and arm and a leg is due to the NFLN. As for Verizon FIOS, well it seems more affordable because it's heavily subsidized Verizon! They're losing money in the hopes of establishing a customer base. Once that happens you can bet your ass they'll charge you just as much as Comcast. No reason you can't enjoy it while the going is good though :cool-smil I will most certainly dump Comcast when FIOS becomes available in my area.
