Campbell is a bum. He has no wins in the last four months.

While Colt Brennan is undefeated as a starter for almost a year and a half

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

I think the Sanchez noisemaking had the additional goal of helping Orakpo to fall to us.

I would add that the same strategy apparently is playing out at WR and OL - that is, everywhere where Zorn has openly said that he wants guys already on the roster to "step up" this year.

And, yeah, JC is one class act.
Sad day when making millions of dollars isnt enough motivation to play your best. Though i do think the Sanchez rumbling had more effect on getting us Rak then to do with Campbell.

What a dope.
I like how he at first says that everyone not including himself is calling for Colt and then by the end he is giving reasons why he should start.

JC once again proved that He was above the backbiting and clearly out classed anyone involved in that debacle. Sure, it is the NFL, sure it's a business, but someone of lesser inner fortitude would become such a cancer that VC and DS would have to rid themselves of the player by training camp, leaving the season pretty much at risk. This guy saw all of that, and chose to take the high road. GOOD FOR HIM!!! GOOD FOR HIM NOT BEING ANOTHER PRIMADONNA, JERK, ME FIRST- SCREW THE OTHER GUYS ATHLETE!!!!!! The guy is gonna have a big year: The OL is better, He finally has height and downfield speed to go to, and Portis has yet another season of complete physical training under his belt (aka BEAST!!!). When it comes around to contract time for JC, DS better get ready to dole out some serious numbers, because this year JC will prove how special He is. I'm done.

I agree with everything you said...however, I think that no matter what DS offers him at the end of the year, I think JC looks elsewhere BECAUSE of this offseasons activities. Maybe I'm wrong (God I HOPE I'm wrong), but I think he will play his butt off this season & with the addition of some help on the OL, everyone else will be major contributors to the team's success & help make JC look good...unfortunately, for other teams to look at as well. Like I said, I hope I'm wrong because I really like JC & I think he has gotten a raw deal, from the FO & Redskins fans alike. I think he will shock many this season.

I hope JC breaks out this season. but if he falters by game 5 or so the heat will be on Zorn. and the Cult of Colt will be in full swing. I like the kid myself, but id like to see JC get a fair shot to prove himself.

Same here. I don't think JC will get a fair shot, tho. Why? Because he starts for the Washington Redskins, that's why. When has a Redskins starting QB been given a FAIR shot for more then a season?
