Yes. If Jerry Jones has an IQ above 3 which is questionable, he will do the right thing in the correct order.

If Jerry is the usual Richard, the lawyers will shred him and that organization a new one.

I live east of Dallas and that same storm came through my town. It blew down every single corn plant that I had. This problem is not in the same league as being paralyzed, mind you, but it is still a bummer. It was a heck of a storm.

Here's a pic of what supposedly hit the facility, looks like an inverted tornado...

That's a pretty wicked picture of a microburst.

I've never seen one pictured before.

Re: Accident at Cowboys practice facility

Based on the info that has come out about the company that built this facility, & that so far as I have heard, JJ never had the building inspected this year, I would expect the guy who was paralyzed to sue the daylights out of JJ & the Cowboys...& rightfully so. I feel bad for the guy that got the worst of this...

That said, you all are much better people then me...that's my ignorant statement.

A bit skewed on info but what they are reporting here is the Cowboys filed for an inspection by the city of Irving after the facility was built. But the city inspector never came.

Thats the way I heard it. Don't really know all the details but it doesn't seem like the Cowboys did anything wrong here.

Hmm, well, I hadn't done any follow-up research to find out all the ins & outs, & kinda left it at that. I would be looking for someone to take to court in his situation, whether it be the city or the Cowboys or the company that built the thing in the first place? How are they still in business? Didn't they have 3 other buildings do the same thing since 2003? There should be some sort of retribution paid out for their shoddy work, I would think. Especially now.

BTW, Cowboys suck.

I know, I know...how original. lol
