A buddy gave me the nickname in college because back then I had an insane metabolism...could easily consume 6,000+ calories a day and never gain weight. I used to eat anything and everything back then too, like a goat, before some nasty food allergies emerged. The metabolism has dropped off quite a bit since but the nickname is the only one I ever liked much
