What Wilbon said was that Williams told him in no uncertain terms is that he has decided not to take another job...even if he is offered a head coaching job. Wilbon also mentioned that three teams are reported to be interested in Williams, but that Williams said he would definately be here another season.
As for someone offering him $5 million, that ain't gonna happen. He was making $1 million with the Bills and only Parcells, Gibbs, and now Saban are making about $5 million a year. Williams is a great defensive coordinator and could be a very good head coach, but no one would offer him anything like $5 million a year.
