Cooley is right there with those guys, who cares if he is "#6" or "#7." And as far as production goes, it is really close so I don't know how you can use that criteria to exclude Daniels.

Daniels -

2007 - 63 catches, 768 yards, 3 tds
2008 - 70 catches, 862 yards, 2 tds

Cooley -

2007 - 66 catches, 786 yards, 8 tds
2008 - 83 catches, 849 yards, 1 td

I'm not excluding Dainels, I just think he's a very good receiving TE. Cooley is an all around TE. He's definitely a better blocker, has good hands, and can stretch the field. The list should be based on all the attributes (not just receiving) a TE should have and Cooley has a little bit of everything.
