Redskins Select Jarmon in 3rd Round of Supplemental Draft

I'm slightly confused.....we in essance drafted a guy a yr early, a player who was reported to be a 2nd or 3rd round talent, and the team (I presume) will be paying him pennies compared to him actually going through the draft and getting paid third round talent....no? So again in essance we got a bargain. Unless I'm missing something.

Also, what happens to all the others who were in the supplemental draft? Jarmon was the only drafted player and I thought somewhere I had seen that there was actually 3 decent players in the Supp Draft one being a WR and an O-lineman I thought. If no one picks them are they elligable to be asked to someones camp?
