Any Detroit area people here?

I do like Charlotte but not having a job means that I can't enjoy it. If nothing else I have a good friend there; I can't imagine that I'll like it much more than some other places that I've lived (here in Charlotte, NoVA, etc) but it's gotta be southern/southwest VA.

Right now just my market/experience isn't hiring and Charlotte is actually top 3 unemployment in my pay range in the nation, top 3 state as well I think (mostly due to the financial jobs here in Charlotte due to BoA and Wach), but either way, I can't find anything here.

Still seeing if the money can be swung somehow, but basically if I can't get it, I'm on the mean streets of Charlotte in a week lol
