Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
Nice. Are you sure they wouldn't rename it the "Shoot and Run"? Pacman could play the slot receiver.

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
I like the guy, but I do think Yoder's time has come. And I agree that he will be cut to make room for Aldridge. Sorry Todd, but...

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
I wouldn't be surprised if Yoder was cut, don't think many others would either. If Aldridge takes one of the 3 rb slots, then I'd be surprised.

If Todd Collins got cut, that would surprise me a lot.

If Bridges shows he can lead block on the sweep (does he have the speed?), I think
Thomas is gone, or at best a back up. |

If Todd Collins got cut, that would make me happy a lot.
![]() Another pick: Suisham is cut without having another kicker on the roster. He'll miss a few PATs and kick a few off OoB during preseason games and Zorn will rage and just tell him to leave. Of course, this really would not be a huge surprise.

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
If it's between Suisham or some guy off the street, might as well stick with Suisham.
Personally I think he will rebound this year. |

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
I HOPE he will...but he's been so horrible, it's tough to root for him.

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
Cartwright or Collins. Leaning to Collins. t Collins salary, the only way I see him sticking is if the Redskins simply don't have faith in the young QB, Colt Brennan and Chase Daniels, to takeover in event of an injury.

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
No chance they go into the season with Colt and Chase. They'll keep Colt and Todd. Collins is the game-day backup and Colt is the big picture backup. If Campbell goes down for any length of time then Colt gets the reigns but on game-day Todd jumps in.

Re: Predict this year's surprise cut
I think this is Suisham's make or break year. He is capable of being a decent NFL kicker. He has the accuracy and seems to have to drive to do it. But he's got to nail the consistency down.

I too think a veteran has to be in the mix. Going with Pineapple Jesus as your primary backup is just too risky. |
