When he leaves the team and a new coach comes in there is bound to be some carry over. If the old coach left the team in ruins its clearly going to take the new guy a little while to get everything sorted out. If the old coach left the team in a strong state it's up to the new guy to at least keep the good times going.

And don't you think that "the country wanted 'change'" because there were a ton of people who thought Bush was doing a ton of damage and that someone like McCain would not do enough to reverse the trend? People didn't want change just for shits and giggles.

If we get into Bush (again, for the 1 millionth time on this site) then going after Obama full strength will be in order. Bush bashing has been common play here for quite some time, we are talking about what Obama has done right. My point was to say this is an obama thread, not Bush.
