His numbers were down last season, but the same thing happened to Springs when he was injured. I don't think Williams is done, I just think the Jaguars mishandled him by making him play both corner and safety last year.

Could be. When the Jags signed him he was quite fine corner.

Which comes to a grand total of = 3 steps ahead of Tryon/Barnes/Westbrook, lol.
