Chase has been released

I thought Chase had the potential to be a long term project because he showed two fundamental things -- a quick release, and superior mobility. With more experience, and a better knowledge of the offense, he could be a possibility down the line.

But right now, there's just not enough room on the roster for him, and we had more pressing elsewhere.

Mark me down as one that hopes nobody else bites on him. If Colt showed enough last year to get a second chance, then Chase definitely deserves the same.
