I have club level seats, and I can assure you, they are not that easy to come by. Yes, they are season long packages, and yes, there is turnover with them. But during any given game, those empty seats can be accounted for by some nouveau-riche douche-bag in The Humidor cigar lounge, or some lingerie models having a Cosmopolitan drinking contest at the Starboard bar (which I've actually seen, accounting for one more empty seat). If the seats aren't sold out every year in club, they are damn close. Are they sold to those who would most enjoy the games being played on the field? Not always, but they don't make you fill out a questionnaire when buying them. Besides, the checks cash either way, and unlike some owners, the money seems to make its way onto the field.
