I also think we're overstating the difference between Rogers, who catches 30-40% of balls that hit him in the hands, and Hall, who catches 60-80%. The difference in INTs between them is way more circumstantial than talent-related.
Hall also never picks off quarterbacks who are any good, which supports the statment above.
