Tebow: Is he the Redskins solution?

I love Tebow, and this video isn't very accurate at all...nobody was ever criticizing his accuracy or ability to throw the deep ball with accuracy for that matter...they are just saying his mechanics are too slow. As in, he loads up his whole body to throw a ball and it's pretty obvious.
