HA...I'm going through this right now too, frustrating, especially when someone tosses a cig butt back at me.

I had to hit my horn hard when someone on a cellphone cut me off last week. Later in the day, my horn just started blowing as I was driving and I had to pull over and yank the fuse.

Apparently the horn button got mashed when I hit it and it's stuck "on".

Pulling the cover should loosen it up and fix it....just have not gotten around to doing it yet.
