I don't think there would be much of a discussion if everyone were positive and had the same view points. All you would get would be is a lot of "yeah", "right", "totally."

Nowhere in that post did I say that everyone has to say positive things all the time...in a smartass way, I was just suggesting something practical for someone who has a one-sided mind about the team.
