But what I would do first of all if I was Snyder is call Zorn into my office. I would sit down with him and say look, you aren't getting it done. Now I've got 3 options here for you. 1. You Resign. 2. I fire you or 3. You give up the play calling duties so you can focus on the tangibles. If you want to make some of the calls, thats your perogative as the HC, but I want someone else calling the plays. This team is talented and you are not exploiting the talent with your play calling.
