Probably at the end of the season, but I wouldn't be shocked at a bye week firing if we're below .500. I REALLY hope Snyder brings someone in to evaluate what we're doing on the football side of things and takes their advice. Dungy (who is not coming back to day to day operations of an NFL team) said it perfectly last night, it's not just the coach, it's the culture. Both need to be changed.
