Bill Cowher is not the answer. Without the culture that exists in Pittsburgh, I would be surprised if he was capable of winning more than 6 games a year. His replacement was more successful, more quickly than he was. Besides, Cowher won't be able to help the offense. And he wouldn't have Dick LeBeau, who we all know was and is the real genius behind Pittsburgh's success.

Pittsburgh sucked when Cowher arrived and last i checked the new coach inherited a SB winning team...

Even Barry Switzer won a SB with someone else's team and ppl thought it was HIS coaching that did it. They found out later that it wasnt.
