Dude this has been my way of thinking. If you can get DS to eat a little crow and bring in Marty as GM, then have the balls to bring in Brian Schottenheimer (currently an OC for the Jets) as HC, because BSchotty has proven himself with the Jets and has had a season with 2 WR's having 1,000 yrd seasons and 1 RB with a 1,000 yrd season. My only worry is if they tried to bring in Kurt Shottenheimer as DC. He has only been a LB's coach I believe and might be over his head trying to lead a whole defense, but his dad Marty was a defensive mind I think.
