Well, to contradict my post, Jay Glazer, on the Fox pregame show, said he predicted Sherm Lewis could be hired last week and it happened. He also reported that, despite Snyder's denial, Snyder personally flew to Denver to see Shanahan after the loss to Detroit and Glazer is confident Shanahan will be named interim HC sometime during the season. However, due to the Rooney rule, he can't be named permanent HC until a minority candidate is interviewed

Right after the Glazer piece JJ mentioned that whoever takes over will have to make decisions by letting Dan Snyder think they are his idea. I laughed very hard even though it came from a former Cokeboys coach
