Umm, Millen was a player who was in the trenches battling it out against other lineman. In other words he earned his ring. Vinny got his by being at the right place at the right time. Then 4yrs later got fired cause the team sucked. Pick your poison why but I'm sure he was partially a part of it.

hey, i'm just saying, he's been part of a championship nfl team. i'd like to think he learned a few things while being part of it.

Apparently he has not. Don't be fooled by the fact he only got the title like a yr ago. Vinny, being the "best friend" of said owner, had a lot of advise for DS I'm sure even though he didn't hold the title of GM. His time has come and gone. Take away ALL Redskins related duties from him. Make him exec of the theme park or exec of Redskins1 but move him on out.
