Our coaching doesn't suck because Zorn can't coach, it sucks because it's Jim Zorn and a bunch of people who have no idea what Jim Zorn is doing. Jim Zorn has no particular concept of understanding successful receiver route combinations, and there's no one on staff who complements that weakness. So our routes are just very vanilla.

I think Zorn did everything that was advertised of him (trained Campbell), but with the benefit of hindsight, this plan was destined for failure from the beginning. The warning signs were there, I just wasn't close enough to the team to see them.
