We want Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato to relinquish total control of the organization and hire a General Manager. We want a strong leader as coach and we want him to have full control. We want Management to take a back seat to the individuals they hire to run the team. The organization should hire quality individuals and then trust them to be autonomous.

We want a commitment to building the less glamorous parts of the team, starting with the offensive line. We understand that flashy skill position players sell tickets, but we maintain that winning games will sell more.

We want a public acknowledgment from Mr. Snyder and Mr. Cerrato that the current course is unacceptable.
